Bring a contribution only if requested, and use any sign-up instructions supplied in that email. If your workshop has a dedicated WhatsApp group, the teacher may also share reminders there. If the instructions are missing or unclear, write to [email protected] with your workshop date before preparing food.

The spirit is the same as our retreat days: nourishing, simple food, shared together.
